Plants Seeds Products Order Form

Shipping Policy

Seed purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Mountain Herb Estate's seeds are grown open-pollinated and untreated, Non-GMO and Non-Hybrid. Our seeds are stored in a cold-room at 0° C.

The buyer must determine whether the varieties of seed purchased are suitable for the local conditions in their area.

Each seed packet indicates the specific season when it must be planted.

Seeds must be planted in a reasonable environment and in appropriate conditions. Temperatures, lack of water or over-watering, neglect, time of the year - all play a role for seeds to germinate.

Because we have no control over the buyer's cultivation practices and the environment in which the seeds are planted, we cannot be held responsible for seeds that do not germinate.

If you are not able to visit our nursery

Packaging, handling and courier costs are for the customer's account. Orders will only be dispatched once payment reflects on our bank statements.

Plants, seeds and herbal products can be packaged together in the same container.

Supported payment options: EFTs or cash deposits at an ABSA ATM. Payments at a bank teller will not be accepted.

Courier

All orders are couriered. Our preferred courier collects orders from Monday to Friday at the nursery. Regrettably we do not deal with other couriers.

Post Office, PostNet and related services

Due to Mountain Herb Estate's location outside of town, no orders will be sent via Post Office, PostNet or any other related service. Our preferred courier visits and collects orders here at the premises at a very reasonable price.

To get the correct quote and to register a booking

Provide your contact number as well as your correct delivery address - no PO Boxes. Keep in mind that somebody must be available to receive the order on the day it reaches its destination - consider providing your work address if delivery to your residential address will not be possible.

Your order will be processed once our bank has notified us of the payment.

All prices/quotes and invoices are valid for 7 days. If you decide not to accept any quote or order, please notify us so that we can put the plants that have been set aside for you, back into the nursery.
